Collaborative Spine Research Foundation (“CSRF”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it at all times. Most data that CSRF collects are used only to help CSRF better serve its partners and those working to improve clinical spine research. It is our policy to collect and store only personal information that our visitors knowingly provide.
From General Users. CSRF does not collect personal information from users browsing this Site, except in the case of specific feedback forms. Completion of these forms is optional. By submitting a feedback form or otherwise submitting feedback (including but not limited to remarks, ideas, or suggestions for improving or changing Site of Site content) you automatically grant to CSRF a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable license to use or otherwise incorporate the feedback into the Site or in our services. Users of the public areas of the Site browse anonymously. Only aggregate data — such as the number of hits per page — are collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal and marketing purposes, and do not provide any personally identifying information.
Personal information may be used for internal CSRF purposes by authorized CSRF and/or AAN/OREF staff.
At the current time, we are not aware of any other circumstances under which the CSRF will provide or sell personal information collected online to third parties.
